The Springbank Hill area was once the eastern portion of Springbank. Springbank Hill was established in 1999, on land annexed to the City of Calgary in 1994 and it is made up of numerous subdivisions, including Springborough, Summit of Montreux, Springbank Hill, The Slopes, Anatapi and Spring Valley.

It is bounded to the north by 17th Avenue S.W., to the south by Stoney Trail, to the east by 69th Street S.W. and to the west by 101st Street S.W.

From shopping to recreation to outdoor activities, Springbank Hill offers residents a great place to live and play.

The shopping is right on its doorstep with the sprawling Aspen Landing to the north and the busy Westhills Towne Centre to the east. Here on the Westside our market has gotten off to a fast start. Year to date, we have sold 75 Detached homes, representing a 19% increase over the same period last year. With prices averaging $1,128,400, a slight +1% vs the same period last year, prices are stable. Looking at the price point splits can be interesting. With homes over $1M sales are up +35% to last year while prices are soft at -3%. For homes under $1M sales are up +8% and average prices are reporting at +2%. Inventory remains light, especially for homes under $1M. Across the Westside, we have 62 Detached homes available for sale, representing just a 6-week supply. For those homes listed at $1M+ we have 48 Active listings, 10 weeks supply and for homes listed under $1M we have just 14 listings, representing less than 3 weeks supply. If you are considering selling your home, these conditions are excellent for the Seller. If your home is valued at $1M+ we have sold 35% more homes this year than last, and if you are valued under $1M we have just 3 weeks supply.
