When it comes to homes, there are thousands of options, but only one right one. The right home is one-of-a-kind - ideally suited to the owner. While anyone can search out a three-bedroom bungalow in SE Calgary in a price range from $350 - $400K, satisfying subtler needs requires a little extra effort.

"We were looking for a south-facing walk-out on a cul-de-sac in an older neighbourhood that had mature trees. We also wanted lots of character, no bonus room, and a relatively small square footage within a tiny area of the city. David hit ALL the important things we wanted on the dot!" Nicole Jannesson.
