If you missed Circle the Wagons last year, you have a chance to check out this carnival of local food, beer, music, art and entertainment, this weekend in southwest Calgary.
This event is a non-profit initiative that raises funds for communities each year, and brings urban experiences to areas outside the downtown core.
Our goal is to showcase a different community each year. This event is a showcase of the amazing vitality food, music and community have brought to our city, and an opportunity for the public to experience all of this in one setting.
This year, the event will be in support of the Sunalta Community Association. At Circle the Wagons, you can look forward to: Village Brewery, over 10 local food vendors and food trucks, circus school, local musicians and entertainment. Performances throughout the day from Cirque de la Nuit as well.
Tickets are $20 online, or $25 at the door, and children 14 and under get in free. The list of musical acts performing can be found on the website here, along with bios and more information. You can follow Circle the Wagons on social media as well.
