With another new year around the corner and 2014 coming to a close this week, it's time to reflect on the year we've had. After doing some research into my online activity this past year, I found that a few stories really stuck out as the most popular in 2014.

Here were the five most popular stories I shared on social media this year:

A Calgary home transformed into a Tim Horton's for the day - remember this headline? A lucky SW Calgary community got a surprise of a lifetime. Read the Global News story here

10 major factors that affect the sale of your home - this video from REMAX Canada shares tips for home sellers.

A look at the neighbourhood of Marda Loop - this great article comes from Tourism Calgary, and gives you some insight on one of my favourite SW communities.

Learn about the Currie Barracks Development Plan - this blog was actually written on my website and provided some insight on the proposed Currie Barracks development.

Get a sneak-peek at the new Central Library - a very popular story this year, a look at the new Central Library, courtesy this Calgary Herald article.

2014 was a great year for me and my business, and that's largely due to the amazing people I get the honour of working with. Wishing you and your families a very happy New Year and all the success in 2015!
